  • How much do you charge for your cakes?
    Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the design. Please refer to our pricing section under the menu tab for general pricing information. For specialty cakes, Please contact us for a price quote.
  • How much do you charge for your fruit cakes?
    Prices vary depending on fruit selection, size, and complexity of the design. Please refer to our pricing section under the menu tab for general pricing information. For more complicated designs, Please contact us for a price quote.​
  • Do you offer delivery and setup for cakes?
    Delivery and setup are available for orders of $300 and up and prices vary based on location (50 cents per mile for the 1st 20 miles and 1$ per mile for all additional miles, plus any tolls). All other orders must be picked up by the client or a representative.
  • Where do you deliver your cakes or desserts?
    We generally deliver to West Palm Beach area but may make exceptions to other nearby cities and Fort Lauderdale. In general, we will not make deliveries further than 1 hour from West Palm Beach, FL.
  • Do you ship cakes or desserts?
    We regret that we CANNOT ship cakes or desserts at this time.
  • How much are cake tastings, and what do they entail?"
    Cake tastings can be scheduled prior to making initial deposit. Tasting are available for orders of $300 and up. You can pick any flavors of your choice for $30 per flavor. That amount is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final cost if an order is placed within 1st week.
  • How do I schedule a tasting?
    Tastings are not held at our location. Once you’ve selected your flavors from our flavor list, you or a representative will pick up the samples from our location and are free to enjoy with friends and family. This eliminates the pressure of having to make a decision right away. Once you’ve decided on a flavor, please contact us and we will move forward with the order. If you should need to reschedule, or cancel, we ask that you contact us no later than 1 week in advance
  • What cake flavors & fillings do you have?
    At C.W.B Sweets we pride ourselves in creating the most mouthwatering cakes you will ever taste. Please take a look at our flavor section under the menu tab for a list of all the flavors we offer.
  • I have my own cake flavor in mind, do you do custom cake flavors?"
    Our cakes are made to order, so if you have a flavor in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you!
  • Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless cakes?"
    We do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless cakes at this time
  • Are you an allergy free facility?
    Although we take every precaution we are not an allergy free facility. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
  • Can I supply my own cake or dessert table design ideas?
    Yes absolutely! It’s important that we work together to incorporate your style and tastes into your order. We work individually with each client to ensure your cake or dessert table is tailored for your event. Please feel free to check out our gallery or our instagram for more inspiration.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 2 to 4 weeks’ notice for cakes and at least 4 to 6 weeks’ notice for dessert tables. Cakes and dessert tables are always based off availability and some months books up faster than others so plan ahead!
  • What is included in a catering package?
    Every package includes a free consultation where I work with you to create the perfect assortment of food. An assortment of freshly-made desserts and a standard size cake for cutting. Stylish display stands, risers, trays, glass jars, tongs, and scoops as necessary. Set up at your event location and pick-up after event.
  • Do you have a retail store where I can walk in and purchase a cake on the spot?
    No, we are a by-appointment only shop which specializes in custom cakes, kremas, and catering. All our orders are made for clients and we do not carry cakes on hand.
  • Can I pick up my order ?
    Yes! You may schedule a time to pick up your cake or desserts. Keep in mind that if you or your representatives elect to pick up and set up your cake or desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake or desserts once they leave our possession.
  • Is a deposit required when placing an order?
    An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold a reservation. An order is not considered active until payment is received.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments by Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal or Credit Cards. For your convenience you may pay your invoice using our Online Payment option.
  • When is the balance due?
    A deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full 7 days prior to the event date for cake orders and 14 days prior for dessert table orders. We must receive the balance by 5 pm on the due date indicated in your contract to begin working on your order. Failure to do so will result in a cancelation of the order, contract will be null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    REFUNDS: We promise to do our best to provide the best tasting & best looking cakes & bakery items around. Custom orders are created with love by our talented staff just for you. Please keep in mind that no two pieces of art made by people are ever exactly alike. 50% NON-REFUNDABLE FEE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SPECIAL ORDERS -Deposit refunds will not be made for cancellations of any kind, but will be applied to your order as a credit in the event that a change of date occurs due to family emergency. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide full refunds or exchanges of custom cakes, cupcakes or cookies in most cases. Once a cake has been picked up by you or a designated party it is considered "Accepted". All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least one week notice. With less notice, we can reschedule your order (depending on availability) however you may incur an extra charge to re-bake the cake/recreate the elements on the cake. If you'd like to change the flavor of your cake, we require 72 hours’ notice. 3D Cakes require at least one week's notice if changes need to be made to the cake or to the date. In the event that we have made a major mistake to the design theme (butterflies instead of dinosaurs for example) and you alert us at the time of pickup, every attempt will be made to correct this error in a timely manner, before you leave our shop. In the event that we are unable to correct our mistake before your event, you can choose not to accept the cake and will not be held responsible for the balance due. While it makes us very sad to make mistakes, and we will never knowingly disappoint you, please remember that people, not machines are designing your cakes. No refunds will be given for color selections or minor design discrepancies. In some cases you may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Sugarsweet Bakery. Please keep in mind variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel a cake order before we have a chance to deliver it to you, there is NO Refund. If you pre-paid in full, or placed a partial deposit, you will NOT get a refund if you cancel your order before we have a chance to deliver it to you. 50% NON-REFUNDABLE FEE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SPECIAL ORDERS -Deposit refunds will not be made for cancellations of any kind, but will be applied to your order as a credit in the event that a change of date occurs due to family emergency. The following 2 scenarios are the only instances when we will provide a full refund: 1. If we fail to deliver your cake on the date and time stated on your contract for your wedding, or event. Further, if customer provides the wrong date, time or address for delivery, we will not provide a refund. Our liability is limited to the contracted value of the cake.** 2. If you come to our store for “pick up” and the cake does not meet your expectations or If we deliver the cake to you and the cake does not meet your expectations,, we will give you a refund (minus 50% handling/cancellation fee). This refund will be in place of a check (NO CASH or CREDIT refunds will be given) NOTE: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. Refunds are given within 7 days.
  • Will my cake look EXACTLY like the picture?
    Although we will do everything to accomodate your vision, keep in mind that everything is custom made when you order and for that reason no 2 cakes will ever be EXACTLY the same. Further more, at C.W.B Sweets we do not recreate the work of other cake designers. With that being said, if you have pictures that you'd like to use for inspiration, we will stay withing the same design but come up with a design that is entirely yours. We also reserve the right to exercise artistic license and make last minute changes if necessary in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a cake or dessert.
  • Can you make picture cakes or desserts?
    Currently we do not have the capability of printing your pictures, corporate logos or images onto cakes, or desserts. We can however have them printed at a local bakery and place them onto you cake or dessert. Keep in mind there is a charge of 10$ per page.
